THE DAILY GRIND(HOUSE)
...We just cut up our girlfriend with a chainsaw. Does that sound "fine"?
Now that is a great title for a flick! Directed by Enzo G. Castellari if you're not familiar with his work check it. He's tackled a lot of genres in his career.

The plot is simple: Chuck Connors assembles a crew of gunslingers & fist-fighters to go after a treasure. Ultimately, they all double cross each other. Each crew member has a different skill. One is knife specialist, another uses a revolver like a machine gun and even one uses a rocket launcher!
This spaghetti western is all action for all 100 minutes.
I saw this trailer at a special Enzo G. Castellari double feature here in L.A. Enzo & Tarantino attended. Classic shit. (For a vid I shot that night go to youtube.com/thedailygrindhouse)

Now check the ass whoopin' gun smokin' trailer.

This film is an excellent Enzo Castellari film & the follow-up to "Go Kill & Come Back" [1967] better known in the States as "Any Gun Can Play".

My personal favorite character is "Bogard" who can lick 15 Union (or Confederate) soldiers single-handedly & who's weapon is a cannon. literally.

All of the characters have influences from every type of Western that was ever made including some weapons that would rival those found in "Brisco County Jr.".

For anyone who doesn't know this maverick director of some of the best Italian films of the 60's thru 80's ... here's the short list:

A Few Dollars for Django [1966]
Go Kill and Come Back [1967]
Go Kill Everybody and Come Back Alone [1968]
Battle Squadron [1969]
High Crime [1973]
Street Law [1974]
Keoma [1976]
Inglorious Bastards [1978]
Day of the Cobra [1980]
Great White [1981]
Warriors of the Wasteland [1982]
Escape From the Bronx [1982]
1990 : Bronx Warriors [1982]
Desert Warrior [1984]
Light Blast [1985]
